Is it possible to get back account(s) during animaRO days?

//sorry for posting 2 topics at a time, just recently play after a long time. >_<

Is it possible to get our old accounts (from the AnimaRO days) back or were they wiped already?
and if we can get them back, should we follow the guide for lost password to claim it?

i got one account after like 7 months. from anima times. so you can but it will take time so be ready to not hear anything from the GMs in a while.

If all your information is still correct (email address) then you should be able to get it back without an issue. However, if you've changed your email address, or someone else has changed that information to theirs, then the chances of you getting your account back are very slim.

It all depends on you, and how secure you left your account.
