How to change anthem pennies to ad credit?

I have quite a large amount of anthem pennies in my storage since the last time I actively play.

How can I change it back to ad credit coz I need them to buy things now?
I've visited the ad credit page (withdraw and deposit) but they are temporarily unavailable and been like forever in that status. Please help, thank you. :/

send a support ticket to the gms and they will tell you want to do with them.
