Can't go Full Screen on Vista?

Yeah, just as the title says. I can't go full screen even though the full screen option is checked? How can I fix this?

I like playing full screen...

Right click on set up and have it run in Administrator mode? Same goes for AnthemExe.exe and Anthem.exe?
