Intent and Disregard put forth by the aRO ToS IMO would constitute a reasonable punishment. If they know the rules and yet they're breaking them, it can't be an accident. Why should they get the chance to mess the game up for others?

Several things about his post are seethrough, for one, the emote sorta tips it off to be a joke. Also, I have enough confidence that the GMs stopped most (if not all of) the botting. Also a third thing, why joke about breaking the rules? Also Pwn shows little intent, since it's the first time he randomly spouted that out. Kooley, however, spouts it out and wears it on it's shirt that it's a legendary KSer. Comparing Pwn's one-time stunt and Kooley is like comparing apples to oranges really =\

it's annoying as hell, yes, but it's like our legal system. someone can run around bitching about how they murdered so and so for years and there's nothing anyone will do about it until they get evidence of it happening. in this case she was caught and muted for fucking ever, but if she stops then she just gets to run around with a criminal record for the rest of her ro time. if she does something else wrong she'll probably get banned though.
