So do they do the changes during a maintenance or when they do a patch? And I've never been on during a maintenance or patch, so do the GMs give us a warning before they bring the servers down?

Most likely its a reboot that comes with a sprite patch when you upload your client. Not all reboots will assure a custom kaho changed because its already been like 3 dfferent reboots (or so) and still no change on my spend credit.

You know what the shittiest part is? I heard someone else was going to get the same uncustomized Kaho customization as me, and I'm sure as hell the GM's won't refund anyone their money with multiple people submitting 15.00 ad's for the same initial customization spend credit 

Not to mention the new customizations don't even get put in the Item Shop, or rather even a list of sort for others to know which ones get customized when. I.e. another 15 ad's down the drain to those that don't know when it's already done or not.

but do they do it automatically? say i didn't know the feather valk sprite already existed and i paid them 15 ads for it.  would they give me 10 ads back had i not known it was already customized and without me asking?

o.o I thought they did? Like, reject the ones there after or something? It'd be nice if like, say 3 people wanted the same kaho to be customized, and each just sent in $5 for it totaling to $15 o.o

I don't think it'd ever be quite fair. If you just wait a day for the person to get theirs, and then put it in, wouldn't it be the same thing as submitting soon after?  What it comes down to though, is you finding out about them having placed that $15, and then discussing it with them to split the cost.

I'm a bit at a loss though, because either way if the GM were to tell the other person that say for example:

Hey, Praeline, Freestyle is getting the same kaho customization as you, would you like to share the cost with this person?

Isn't that also, divulging information? @_@?

Same day though? If the Kaho ISN'T implemented yet, and the Spend Credits were the exact same day as per Avix/Balam's situation, then why wouldn't the GM's say "Oh hey, two of you wanted the same thing, here's 5$ back for each of you". If the Customization isn't DONE, I.e. by reboot and in a players possession, but there's more than one 15$ Spend Credit for it queued up for the GM's to complete before the Reboot, then why wouldn't they just deduct 5$ from each person, then split the rest among however many people ordered it and refund the rest? Especially in cases where it's taking over 2 months to complete. Because I certainly am not getting the benefit of using that Kaho before the other person who ordered it eariler, so why would I pay 10$ more than Johnny Chump who get's his the same day?

Yeah you're right, there really is no fair way.

Yeah you're right, there really is no fair way. 

The quoted part isn't what the GM would say to the players, but what they'd be thinking.
