i traded with a guy salisi traded my deviling card for 23mill zenny and now after the breakdown i lost my zenny but he did not lose the deviling card i traded to him.I hope u help me my game id is tren

I have no idea, I am not the one who manages the tickets.
Expect at least several months, since we are heavily backlogged in old tickets.

Our services are absolute and we do finish tickets. Unfortunately, it takes a long time.

its due to server breakdown therefore i lost my 23million zenny i am not responsible the trade went through but i lost my money and i am not happy about it

Like I said, you need to be patient. Your ticket will be answered in time.
If your loss was due to the recent crash, then it will be attended more quickly.
If you lost your item because you weren't careful (aka scam) then, it would take longer.

YOU HAVE TO WAIT IN A QUE. LIKE YOU WOULD IN REAL LIFE. BECAUSE OTHER PEOPLE WERE FIRST IN SENDING A SUPPORT TICKET ABOUT PROBLEMS. LEARN THE SYSTEM OR GO AWAY AND MAKE ANOTHER 23MIL OR FIND ANOTHER CARD
I DOUBT YOU QUE UP IN A SHOP AND MOAN YOU SHOULD GO FIRST BECAUSE YOU'RE HUNGRY-ER THEN THE PEOPLE IN FRONT RIGHT?
