ok but can you get max aspd with a DTT bow?
That depends on your gear. I can get max attack speed with my DTH artemis using an awake potion and a good amount of agi with kaho and 2 celebration rings... although by doing that I sacrifice a good bit of vit. What exactly will you be using the Artemis for? Pvm/Pvp/Woe/a bit of each? If you have a Valk helm it's much easier to use a DTT artemis while if you have a kaho I believe DDT is prefered so you don't have to sacrifice so much vit.
