[Already Answered] Retrieving In-game Password

I haven't played this game in awhile and I thought they might've deleted my account again. But it's still there apparently b/c the name is taken (and in the last 4 years no one has ever had that same username as me.)

How would I retrieve my password for the game itself?

you would have to send in a support ticket saying the accounts name and that you have forgot a password i think you would also have to state your IP and possibly a SS of a char if possible :3 along with how long ago you touched that account =o here this was from gm adrift for my bro to recieve his

We need the following information to retrieve your password(s):

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).

Because people used to complain when they bought accounts they 'were' hacked back into cuz they didn't change the original / sellers E-mail to thier own, and the original use just asked to send the account password back to them after recieving payment and bam money + account to sell again.

2008-10-10 09:51:20    I had an account on AnimaRO 2 years ago, before we switched.  My email address it was registered on was [blank] and one of the character's names was GoddessDigi.  I remember I used alot of ads on that account, but that's all.  Is there a way for me to get this account back?

they took the recover password email thing awhile ago i forgot the reason why but i believe theyll bring it back o.o and you can change the emails and such but you cant recover the pass you have to know the account ID and pass to change the email and password o.o

lol well i sent one about a question and it got answered in like 2 days :3 so i would a week at max? :x like anywhere between 2-3 days to 2-7 days or maybe even one day =o

Just send in what you know, and they'll send the password to the email you have it registered under.
