Metalling card- where can i test to see, not pvp

On any monster, if you see the strip symbol pop - it works. Although strip only reduces monster offence for a few seconds.

you can see it when it says skill failed in the chat too

(it means it proc'd but didnt work...after all, its lvl 1)
