question about unslot card

if i plan to unslot one of my T card in my DTT weapon ,how much it cost?
7$ or 11$?i confuse about the fee that you need to pay for keep remaining item

$5 Begin Unslotting Process
+ $2 for each card removed
+ $2 if you want to keep the remaining item

So $5 as a default starting price, then it goes up to $7 to remove the card then to $9 to keep the DTx weapon.

So $9 total.
