I last put a response to my support ticket on May 15th,09. I listened to what the GM's said and left the ticket alone, waiting for a response.
The Ticket involved, had some issues that Kairiya, the person who responded to my ticket, couldn't handle so it was forwarded to High GM's on May 15th. I understand it takes them longer to process High GM tickets because of the sheer volume, but does it really take more than 2 weeks
or did mine get over looked.
I know the GM's are very busy so i just wanted to ask the community about thier experince with tickets that were forwarded to
HIGH GM'sthanks to any one who tells me a clear answer. I appreciate if it wasnt tough love

Here some details on the ticket.
I took a break from RO for 2 months and when i returned i found that my BK AWE was missing
I remembered I lent it to someone ( A family member so i didnt worry about items going missing )
**I already know i have to pay adds for recovery, thats not the issue**
However, The accnt that I lent the items to was Hacked by someone and i lost my BK AWE
I send in the support ticket to recover the BK AWE but Kairiya said she needed help with the item recovery from a High GM and now iam here two weeks later asking for a few answers
