i try to buy something in the item shop but everytime i click to buy and fill everything out. nothing happens. it just goes to a blank screen

Try using Internet Explorer if you're using FF.

i use firefox too and it works fine, its OP side

either way, try to
- restart your browser
- clear your cache
- be sure you have enough space on your storage ingame
- and that you arent logged on

if still doesnt work, send a support ticket or wait till a gm posts on this thread

Sometimes there's an error when you try and buy things from the item shop, it means your account is too old (?).
Logout on the anthemro.com page and log into a newer account, then try to buy something :]

Anima accounts work just fine with the itemshop but it is important to note that you need to at least log in once and open your kafra storage.

This is due to a change in how items were handled in the last zone update. Unfortunately it can't be fixed, but it shouldn't be too big of a issue. Most people will not even notice it as they naturally use their account & kafra over time. =)
