Anyway i can open the settings again?

I need to open the settings that show the option for full screen and other stuff like sounds (headphones etc) is there anyway to do this?
my ragnarok's lopsided haha  ???

My Computer>Local Disk>Program Files>Gravity>RO>Setup

it doesn't work for me! :-\... i have change it, i want it full screen but it still open in the  litte window  ???.... please help! :-[

Did you check the box that says full screen.
