GMs don't run pcbot. Some players do, simply with GM permission.

I still feel the GMs should host PCBot.

We did offer. But they would like to host it themselves; and we respect that. However the offer still stands if they should ever want to host with us. As for prontera cop, from what I heard there was a glitch with the programming which made it eat more resources. So in the end it was not wise to run since it made the server worse than helped.

try using the search function once in awhile.
