Why is kafra clip untradable?

I have a lot of accounts and I really don't understand why GM's do the untradable thing. Maybe because they want us to spend 18 ads for all the accounts we have? I find it useless...

money sink /ok i don't think it really useless..people still buy it anyway..if it not soul bound ,the price should be more higher..
kapra clip kinda broken for low rate server..it shouldn't be something that easy to get access
