Just about lag

Alot of people just say " LACK SUX U SURVER SUX "

but I'm just asking whether alot of people in general experience 1 second lag delays.
pretty much constantly.

Before people might say it's my end being slow, I have fibre optic speed's and  a dual core with nothing else running but ragnarok,
but i still get a second delay.

Just curious if everyone gets it?

I dont get it except some rare occassions.
and i play from India which is like 50,000 miles away from the server on 256 Kbps shared line (62-128 kbps effective speed)

So I'm assuming it just spikes at either obviously busy places like pront, or it can just be completely random?

I find I have a constant 1 sec delay with clicking, chatting, etc.

and sometimes it'll go to about 0.1-0.2 which is obv's pretty instant and thats fine.

just seem to have 1 sec delay more.

I am getting some spike lag during play in dungeon....other than that. It's nothing much.

The last time I had a lag spike, was during a session of Woe 2.0 dealing with 4 guilds with 30+ people in it. Even then turning off my effects minimized the lag.
This is going off of Windstream which really isn't that amazing of a provider.

They're so amazing I've never heard of them =p

I switch, but the laptop's had the exact same effect as my desktop in terms of lag.

Pacifc West coast connections here is having connectivity issues of lately, but its not soo bad to the point I can't niff or do farming.
