i mess with it in the options and it still doesnt work ???

Check your BGM folder.

If there's not 100+ files in there, download the mini setup, and only check installing BGM.

Or search it on the forums i got my own bgm zip file

alt+o might help just in case the bgm is installed properly. what happened to me was my bgm was set to minimum.
