A Bio after 90 is already levelling fast. Dracs isnt really needed.
Kiel gives freaking awesome exp and can be tanked and bombed. Although one could use fly wing when he goes in zerk mode.

IMO mvping lvl 90 trans to level is retarded. You still gonna have to train regularly to get jlvls so whats the point of being shiny with a jlvl 40-50 char =/
