On rate my server it says that these little cuties drop Bao bao at a 1.5% chance. . . My friend and I both hunted them and have killed over two hundred of them at least. 

Am I just unlucky or do they not drop it? D:

My boyfriend actually farmed the mvp and just killed her slaves, let her spawn more, killed the slaves ect ect ect.

They may possibly have an altered rate now. I do remember 3 years back when one of my friends would farm its mobs she would have quite a few Baos every run.

They do drop it, I got one before. You know how when you're looking for something and they don't drop it, and the other way around.

Just a side note:  you can make Bao Baos.

I think thats how most people got 'em.  All you need is a Silk Ribon (NPC Buyable) and 50 Orc Emblems.  Either kill Orc Hero 50x or buy from vendors in town.  =)
