Does Tengu Card exist?

     What the title says. I've been killing for hours vs +800 Tengus. I have more success with Earth Spike Scrolls than the card. So yeah, does anyone know if it exists? And, if yes ... (I'm buying?)

earth spike scrolls drop at a 3% drop rate, where the card drops at a .03% rate.  It makes sense that you'd have more of the scrolls.
