Why OPB's are priced higher than OBB's when the probability of getting more crap is higher in OPB's?
This isn't a rant, I'm actually wondering why, or making sense of the logic behind this. Maybe it's just me, but more equipments
seem to appear everytime I open an OBB. I don't have to explain what I get from OPB's but they're not even sub-par to the things
I get from OBB's.
So does anyone have an idea? Theories or the math behind this?
