You really should check the server news more often. The function was disabled with the new update due to some ID problems.

So for now, there is no AD/Withdrawing until the GMs finish the new module ;(

If you submit a support ticket with the account name that they are currently on, you can have your ad pennies in-game transferred into ad credits.
