What happens if you don't know what your password is?

Is there some kind of recovery thing you can use to get back your password if you forgot it. The login name is fine but all I need is to know how you can get back the password.

Try sending a support ticket to have an email sent at the e-mail you created the account with.

The following should be sent in a support ticket:

I just need to know if you have access to the email account that is registered with the email. If you do not I'll need the following information.

1. The most recent screenshot that you have of you playing a character on your account.
2. The name of your Internet Service Provider (Ex. AOL, Comcast, NetZero, etc).
3. Your IP (Find out yours at http://whatismyip.org/).
4. Your previous password for the account(s).
5. The last estimated date you were on the account(s).
6. The email account registered with the username(s) (If you still have access to it, we can send you your password to the email account).
