how do i get a doppcard from donation

I donated 27 dollars but now i kinda can't figure out how to buy it ._.

click item shop link at anthemro website..(www.anthemro.com)
put your in game id and password (the item you purchase will put at that kapra account)..
go to card (weapon) and you will see doppelganger card available there..
fill the form and you will get the card around 30 second..
