fail to connect

Excuse me, my cousin Is trying to play the game, but whenever he logs in, or something it says "Fail to connect to server"

he doesn't have anything else but the full client, so what should he do? he's kinda lazy.. like extra lazy, and made me post for him.. does he need sak? he has been freaking making excuses to not download the game and NOW THAT HE FINALLY HAS IT, AND ITS NOT WORKING has me so damn pissed, i really need a solution ..

There are several possibilities to get the "Failed to connect to server" message:
- He didn't use AnthemPatch to download the latest updates.
- His firewall/router/antivir/internet security software is blocking AnthemExe.exe, Anthem.exe, and AnthemPatch.exe. Adding exceptions to your firewall, turning off the internet security software, or changing router settings should fix this.
- He's not connected to the internet.

Also, you need Sakray to play, but if your cousin downloaded the full installer from the website, he should have Sakray already.

He told me whenever he clicks on the anthem patcher, it gives him some old, dated KRO patcher, and then THAT gives him an error..
