What good is a disguise card for a BS in Niff?

I have heard its good but all it does is cast silence (forgot how much percent chance and im sure RMS is off) on a monster when receiving damage

What is it good for in Niff?

When the monsters are silenced they can't cast Elemental Attacks on you. In this case, Dullahan can't do their powerful Dark Hit.
It also prevents them casting stoned curse by Quve(?). One of those monster casts stone curse.

So monsters cant use those annoying skills on you while mobbing. Like slowing your atk speed.

It comes in handie and is very cheap.

soo...then what armor should i put my disguise card on?

I use chainmail. +4 is fine.

Well, probably in the cheapest armor you can find. Disguise is not worth alot.
Something like slotted Chainmail will do fine.

If you don't want to spend too much on armor, I say adventurer suit or jacket...since disguise cards don't go for much since everyone has a bunch.
