  how 2 lvl up it ....
    and what gears i need for it ....

Depend on your aco lvl, 1st lvl it in payon dungeon, after ur job reach around 25+ (i prefer 30) go train it in prison. Max out ur int and heal skill. Use rod or any weapon tht increase ur matk. Just heal the zombies... Also try to use int gears rather thn dex for now
