Sounds went Gone(literally)

So i was playing earlier and everything seems to be fine, except too much lag in my part. then i logged off, and logged back on. still everything was okay. . i tried to dual client, and the 2nd client's patch gave me an error, so i tried re patching and it worked. when i got in-game the 2nd client didn't have any sounds, nothing at all.
i tried restarting my laptop, and checking my setup both ingame and in folder.. but there's nothing that help me bring back the SFX or BGM... can anyone help me please >:

Alt + O ingame, check and make sure BGM and SFX are enabled and on a decent volume.

Otherwise, check Setup.exe and make sure nothing was (for whatever reason) adjusted in your sound settings.
