What's the card that does +20% dmg on gr? And if so can a +10 quad [of that card] mace give more dmg than a tth suik? Or even a ttxx [of that card]?

1. civil servant 20% on ghost preperty (let say it C)
if the target(player) use GR armor...HHHH will deal the same damage as CCCC
if the target dont use GR armor...HHHH will do 80% extra damage compare to CCCC

so dont get counfused...racial card like hydra is more dependable in woe/pvp compare to property card unless you're using it for pvm

2. never saw anyone vend those...it's a good pvm armor, i think it give 5% auto cast assump...dont tell me you have 1 >.>

and no i dont have one. yea thats what i was gonna use it for...if anyone had one..but it'd probably cost butt loads since its not donateable and hard to kill hp esp now with assump o.0
