When I log onto my characters there are NO NPC's and I can't move at all. I have to press alt F4 to get out of the game completely. Little help please? I know this has happened in the past before, but I don't remember why. Is anyone else having this problem in a certain city? ALL my characters are in Veins, therefore I can't check to see if it's just that town or others.
