Sounds like fun, personally I looked into stuff about Muramasa from iRO, and then again on this server when I was thinking of making a knight. Eventually, I made one myself, but here would be a tip on the things I've seen.
Most 2H builds end up using agi and 2H Quicken, or weapons with dopps just for high ASPD, where, they don't really need it as much. What I've done on my 2H LK was pretty much STR+VIT, and some leftovers into Int for SP recovery since I despise carrying around consumables. I may not be able to outdamage a Spiral Piercing LK with Nib, but.. Lemme tell ya, toss up Parrying and spam Bowling Bash with ele 2h swords and you'd have one heck of a problem for plenty of people unless they rely on 190 ASPD like Sin's and Hunters.
Nothing says 'Kick ass' like tanking Orc Hero with Parrying and smashing his mobs away with Bowling Bash before getting the MvP without Nib. Only problem was that if the mobs spawned before I could react and got stuck in Parrying, unable to BB them for a good 5-15 seconds. In the end, if you want fast mob training, 2h wins. PvP? Depends on how good you are with Armor switching, because Nibs Spiral hurt, and spear LKs have the bonus of a shield and a ranged attack.
The only time I see the use for auto-attacks on a knight, or LK even, would be if they were buffed, and more or less just trying to find the person's element. Who knows, maybe run around with an Immaterial Sword and Toad and just start spamming Bowling Bash, if someone gets a huge whallop, can tell they have GR/Dev on, and then proceed to smash 'em up with the 1h sword.. Add that with Frenzy and we might have a slight problem, if anyone even uses Immaterial Swords anymore.
