i would like to know if vending where this guys shop set up is agenst the rules i thought it was but.... i keep seeing ppl vend there
so i am not sure if it is

it doesn't block any npc, so it doesn't goes against the rule...

He is wondering is it too close to the street to be considered as street vending.

But I wont bother to report such cases. @_@

close to the street but he's still standing on the sidewalk so its iffy for me

I don't think that's against the rules since it's on the sidewalk.
