i need help!

i need help with anthem RO. i have anthem ro and it works but, i tried to log on and i get wrong server ID or something like that.  I might have deleted something important and I don't know how to get it back.  It was called Player Login that had all our accounts.  If you could help me with this I would appreciate it. plzzzzzzz!
