There are 2 job changers, but one of them is in the same building as Anne the stylist.  In prontera, they're both in the building directly southwest (down and left ;P) of the fountain in the center.  When going to prison, try to mug her and she'll warp you there. 

Important:  When you get out of prison and need to get back in, apologize to her first before mugging again, or she'll take 10k off of your money and warp you to a random area in the map west of prontera.

Remember to get to job level 50 as an aco before job changing.
