Still not working!

For some reason my anthem patcher wont work. Everytime I run it it says it encounterd a problem and needs to close. It didn't start doing this untill after I installed my new internet security but game itself still works just fine. I checked and anything RO that's been run since I installed the internet securitcy thing is in my trusted programs folder. Any ideas?

Ok, Mashi and zap attempted to help by sending me a zip folder so I could patch manually. I used winzip to open the folder and tried to extact everything into my RO folder. Everything worked for the most part but at the end it said something failed and when I clicked on the error report list I got this at the end.
"Error: Access is denied
Extracting Alternative Sakray.exe    Error: unable to create output file "C:\Program Files\Gravity\RO\Anthem.exe"

So....what happend?

Ok, seriously people. I need an answer because untill I find a way to get anthem patcher working I can't log on because they installed that anti-bot thing.

are you on a vista or xp(cuz that vista user thing is nuts lol)
if it all comes down to something u could try zone's fully patched mini installers i guess. (or is it fully patched dunno)

Everything is fully patched. I just re-installed it last nite. It still wont work for some reason though, and my computer runs on XP.

Still nothing. I tried manually copy/pasting the file it wouldn't extract earlier with no reuslts. Just now when I disabled kaspersky and extracted the files again but I still got that message from before. About not being able to create whatever....

Alright, I copied the folder to my desktop and extracted the files. No failed message this time. Next I just replace the other folder with the one on my desktop, right?

Well I still can't run my patcher but I am able to log in again. Like they say, beggers can't be choosers.

Check your firewalls on that one.  Turn off your antivirus, windows firewall, and whatever other firewall you use and try logging in again.  If it works, turn them on one by one testing them out, adding exceptions as needed.
