Best stats for potion making?

Max dex/luk and put on dex/luk gear?

Someone told me to put mostly dex and put luk at half of dex.

I did a calculator on RMS and it said I will get the best benefits if I put 99+ in both dex/luk.

Suggestions?

99 dex, 99 luk + gloria + blessing + puppeteer + wtv you want that increase dex/luk/int
