You cant enter the event map as long as you have a piece of morroc skin in your inventory. Other then that you can come and go as you please.

Yes. As long as the skin is not on your character when you go into the map your fine. If you do happen to have a skin from Hobbes run, just put in your kafra or on a mule account. /no1

nope you can only do the quest once per 80+ level char

thats what it means by you cant go in the map if you try going there trough morroc cty you shouldnt be able to get there... just by using warp
