HI am new can tell what should I do to get in the game?

I love this game I have been playing it for a year then I had to stop due to some issue with finance now this a good chance for me to enjoy the game for free  ;D but when I tried to log in the game it says that am blocked could you guys help me?

Send in a support ticket with proof that it's your account, like email address, old password, screenshots, etc. If you didn't do anything wrong you'll get your account back

if you mean you made a completely new account, then make sure you check your email inbox for a confirmation letter before trying to log on in game. Welcome to anthemRO btw :)
