Why it takes so long,..
i have problem with my donation,..
I've send ed my money,
but my credit is still zero
i can't understand it.

how long has it been? Its generally not a good idea to complain about support ticket time, since it doesn't make your case go by any faster and in some cases the GMs will bump you back to last in line since you tried to cut ahead by making a thread about it.

It all depends on how complicated your case is, some people wait months before their issues can be resolved.

Did you use paypal and a bank account? If you did i can take up to 10 days depending where you live. If you used a credit card then It should be instant.

That does not happen. The GM's do not change the order of the tickets. The only way a ticket can get bumped to the bottom of the list is if the player who submitted the ticket makes another reply in that ticket.
