MVP Card!!! GM HELP!?!?!?!

I just killed Orc Hero, and i am sure he dropped the card. but for some reason i was clicking on it and i wasn't able to pick it up. and before i knew it it was gone. why?

i rarely lag so i don't think that i was lagging. and it didn't let me... i was so excited to pick it the card that i didn't took SS of IT. can the GM help me or something? is it a bug? please???

It could have been someone else's MVP.....

and without proper evidence, GMs can't do anything...

I don't even think they can do anything with evidence considering it's a drop...

i did MVP it. i was there till it died.  so i did all the damage. and i guess that what you say it's true. since it's a drop there is not much they can do but i couldn't get it for some reason.
is there a bug in game when it come to picking up MVP cards or something? cause otherwise i would have been able to pick it up.

next time u should have
if u had icewall on, sometiems it does that. the spot that a icewall was previously there cannot be clicked until u relog

theres been a bug happening to me lately also


position bug....you cant pick it cause it isnt there but on other cell, you had to relog to be able to pick it

i didn't use ice wall. i SG and Run.  faster or so i think. but is there anyway to get the card or it's lost forever.?? like item recovery if dropped and pay the 5 ads for it?

well, thinking theres no actual evidence that you mvped it or that the card dropped.
Just put yourself on gms place, imagine everyone would make a post like yours saying "i killed this mvp, card dropped and cause the lag i couldnt catch it"....

too bad though, orc hero card is nice

well they do have log to verify this you know. that's how they  are able to recover items and know where they are. and the same to say if you sold it to NPC. each item has a number and they know what happens to them. so if they wanted to know they can just check the logs but i would still like to know from them if i can even get now. so i will ask till they answer. hopefully soon.

try sending a ticket, pming one of them or go to yuyuko office, it will be faster

Unfortunately, I doubt they can do anything.  If it had been in your inventory and you dropped it, they could see that in the item logs - but since it was not in your inventory, I suspect they have no proof it ever even existed.  It would be cool if they can, but I doubt it.
