withdrawing Ad credit

How do I withdraw Ad credit to put it in game? Or how do I "sell" ad credit to other players (ingame)? I have $1 in ad credit, but the withdraw page says, sorry not available?

u cant withdraw/deposit for a year due to some weird reason there goes my 22 ads in game >:O

1. go to anthemro.com
2. click ad credit
3. click transfer
4. u can see u need to fill username, no ID and amount. so ask info from that guy and done

And let the buyer pay you in game. Take screenshots to prevent scam, this is risky.
