Friend keeps having problems with Sakray

Trying to get my friend onto RO. I told her to DL the full version and it keeps stopping in the middle of it. So I told her to download the sakray seperate. The sakray keeps having an error and then says it needs to close. I told her to download the alternative sakray and that doesn't work either, keeps saying it also needs to close.

What do I tell her now?
