Does it work with the skip patcher?
Because I'm lazy with my Vista, and use that when I've got my other account up, so as to not have my other account freeze. Because it does whenever a "confirm" message pops up for whatever reason.
But I screened like 10 things, and none of them show up in my folder. I was thinking it might be because I had too much in the folder, so I uploaded everything and deleted it out of the folder.
Tried to screen off my skip patcher.. And it didn't work.
Went on with the regular one, and it works fine?

Your patcher is probably running under an admin account, which in turn runs the game client as an admin. When you skip the patcher, it runs under a limited user account.

There are two easy ways to solve this: you can either move the RO folder somewhere else like your user folder, or turn off UAC in the control panel.
