Baby Help

I have a situation with a friend that was asking me about baby Stuffs. Ok, i told him to be IC he need that his Mage have to get Dex 99 before he get adopted. Ok, now the question is, if he Delet the Char, can the Parents adopt him on other char?, ( He is allready a Baby)(that means, he will never be ic cuz he didnt make the Mage Dex 99 and parentrs cant adopt 2 chars) Another thing, they have to unadopt first?, and then he Delet the baby and make a new Mage, makin Dex 99, then he get Adopt?

I'm pretty positive that even if he simply deletes the character, that the adoption will still remain. So, he needs to get one of the parents, or he himself, to send in a unadoption ticket. Don't delete the character until it goes through, just in case it causes problems in the unadoption process. After the unadoption goes through, he can either delete the character if he wishes, or he can simply just make a new one. The parents can just readopt him after that.
