Awaiting a lost password reply

I am not trying to be pestering to the GMs so I  have posted here.

I have been waiting several months for a reply to my request for a lost password for my wife's original aRO account. She and I both use the same forum name to prevent us from 'ad scamming'.

I have all copies of her original registration e-mails from when the server was known as "AnimaRO." I requested help originally back in September of 2008.
