password recovery?

maybe im blind but i dont see a way to recovery my password. i know my username and im pretty sure i know my e-mai address that i used for tha account. must i send in one of them support ticket thingies?

Yeah sending in a support ticket is the way to go, there isn't an automated function because of possible problems so they just decided to do it through support tickets.
