Where should I lvl him? Have Aciddemo lvl 8

With job 31 you should be able to get level 10 AD so reset and get that. Then if you can find some berz clips use those and kill MVP's. Garm, maya, phreeoni, LoD or just aobut any of the easier MVP's. Get to 90 like this and then go to LH3.

Celebs will be fine since AD has quite low cast time anyways. Berzes would give a bit better reduction especially at lower levels, but celebs work too :3 Just pump some DEX and you should be fine.
