GMs do not do support tickets and spend credits upon demand. Making topics to request special attention from them cannot be a successful action or it would create both:

1) a swarm of people making such topics;

and

2) accusations of favoritism.

I am sorry you are having to wait, and I do hope your request gets taken care of in a reasonable time frame, but you will just need to be patient.
