I have 10 add credits on my Kafra, and i really need them out. Is there a posible way you can personaly enter to my acount and take tkem out to my Forum here?, cuz i have them there getting dust, and, i see you havent make nothing to take them out. I REALLY need them OUT. If you CANT, Well, You personaly do it????, i Really need them!! ??? :-\

I don't think they would do it for you, because then everyone else is gonna ask the GMs to personally take out ads out of their in-game accounts.

But, that is just my guess.

They could make special support tickets for this, but i don't know how sticky that would get, just have to see what a GM says.

well, they have to do something, i havent see ANY movement sinse 2 months? last thing they did was, umm, i dunno, they dont even have relationship with game they may enter, but what they do? Anthem is getting poor each day, now we have 500 peps online, counting the merchants, this is sirious.Anthem is not givingnmovement.
I know they have "work" but, umm, attend peps nesesities first, the Thickets can wait...

try sending support ticket or spend request, it might work [never tried it]

But still, GMs shouldnt turn down a request like taking ADs from kafra. They can put stuff in your storage when you buy something, surely they can take stuff out too /ok

ummm, since when they turned off the add sistem to take from kafra?, long time....you say patience because you dont need to do something on kafra etc like take out... this is why Anthem is goin down each day, and i am not complainig, i am just mad, because they dont put atention to theyr own serve.

Read the damn announcements and then come back telling me that they haven't done anything in the past 2 months.

Attending to the tickets IS one way to attend to the players needs.

they didnt answere my ticket, they say, we cant, how can i GM can say no?, and yes, they havent do nothing, Adding dungeons is not a Job -.-

Obviously your just being impatient. Send in a support ticket asking them to transfer your ads,i think i saw a thread somewhere where somebody did that and it got done.

Your not the only one who needs ads out of their kafra,i sent in a ticket on the 20th of last month,i think thats like 3 weeks or something and it is still waiting for a GM response.

I want the Ad Withdraw/Deposit back,just as much as the next guy,but you can't rush these things. Just be patient!

It be funny if they did a special Spend credit type request to remove pennies in game. like charge idk 10 ads to remove ur ads. I would not put it pass em  :laugh:
