i dont think so but it is dropped from Tirfing monster
i already bought a lot of tirfing ranging at 9-14m...but i dont see much now..probably most of tirfing hunter change their target

Yes, it drops at card rate. The monster spawns on several maps, a few Glast heim maps and the Bathory map down in Clocktower ;oa
